Supervision:

Stay off channel #1 on the radio (M&R and key role players are the exception)

Fabrication and Specials area Channel #2 (Channel #2)

Glass area and Receiving Channel #3      (Channel #3)

Delivery and Final area Channel #4        (Channel #4)

In the event of a fire, if you can safely contain it with a fire extinguisher, do it!

Evacuate employees and ensure all equipment is shut down (if it is safe to do so) and get your head count.

Supervisors are to use their assigned radio channel to get a head count of their people. Team leaders need to know which channel they will use during an emergency evacuation.

When you have your head count, go back to channel #1 and stand by Jacob Naylor to call you on your head count verification. Keep your Team Leads on their assigned channel.
